Kelly

Kelly Clarkson, an American actor, singer and songwriter who took home the American Idol competition in its initial season. She was America's Sweetheart. The win brought Clarkson to notoriety and led to the contract of RCA Records 19 Recordings, and 'S Records. In the years since, she's recorded numerous studio albums. Three have reached the US Billboard 200 charts while other albums were just an inch way away. She's one of the biggest stars to come out of American Idol. To be successful she experimented with different musical styles, and explored themes. In recognition of her talent and individuality, she has received a lot of praise and awards. She has also received the Grammy Award a record three times. Apart from her professional career in the field of music, she has also seen on TV and in film. She also co-wrote the children's novel River Rose and the Magical Lullaby and has been involved with a number of charities.
